How do I set up my North America eSIM?: After purchase you'll get an email with a QR code. Install it from your phone's settings before you travel, then turn on the eSIM line and Data Roaming when you land.
Can I use my physical SIM and eSIM together?: Yes. Keep your regular SIM for calls and texts while the eSIM handles data as you travel through North America.

Can I top up or extend my plan?: Some plans can be topped up with more data or validity from your account. If yours can, the option appears on the eSIM in My eSIMs.
Can I get a refund?: You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase if your eSIM remains unactivated and completely unused when you request the refund. Delivery of a QR code or installation alone does not remove this entitlement. Some plans activate when installed, so check the activation rule in your plan details. Request a refund through Support in the ViraSIM app or website, or email hello@virasim.com with your order reference.
