A Global eSIM is one plan that works across many countries. Buy it, scan the QR code, and connect when you arrive.
How do I set up my Global eSIM?
After purchase, you'll receive an email with a QR code. Open your phone's settings, scan the code, and follow the setup steps to start using data.
Can I use my physical SIM and eSIM together?
Yes. You can keep your regular SIM for calls and SMS while using your Global eSIM for data as you travel.
Which countries are covered by Global eSIM?

Can I top up or extend my Global plan?
Some plans can be topped up with more data or validity from your account. If yours can, the option appears on the eSIM in My eSIMs.
Can I get a refund?
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase if your eSIM remains unactivated and completely unused when you request the refund. Delivery of a QR code or installation alone does not remove this entitlement. Some plans activate when installed, so check the activation rule in your plan details. Request a refund through Support in the ViraSIM app or website, or email hello@virasim.com with your order reference.
