- How do I install an eSIM?
- After purchase, you'll receive a QR code by email. Open your phone's settings, choose Add eSIM, and scan the code.
- Do I need a compatible device?
- Yes, your phone must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Check the supported devices list before you buy.
- Can I use data, calls, and SMS?
- Most of our plans include data only. Some destinations offer plans with calls and SMS; check the plan details to see what's included.
- Will my physical SIM card stop working?
- No. Your physical SIM keeps working, and you can switch between it and the eSIM in your phone settings.
- Can I get a refund?
- You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase if your eSIM remains unactivated and completely unused when you request the refund. Delivery of a QR code or installation alone does not remove this entitlement. Some plans activate when installed, so check the activation rule in your plan details. Request a refund through Support in the ViraSIM app or website, or email hello@virasim.com with your order reference.
